I’m Dr. Lindsay Wakayama (she/her/hers), a Stanford, UCSF, and VA trained and practiced licensed clinical psychologist (PSY32164) offering psychotherapy, consultation, and training to California residents.
I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area, including people in tech, healthcare, academia, finance, and startups who are navigating stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I bring nearly a decade of expertise in behavioral medicine and health psychology, using a holistic mind-body approach to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
